What do you do with feature requests?

We use feature requests to get ideas for new features to develop and for improvements to the app. The popularity of requests is one of the factors we use to decide what to work on next.

Many of the features in the app are a direct result of feature requests; including the Routes tab, the Pinned tab, the Add to Calendar button, and literally every option in the Settings menu.

Note that many of the very popular feature requests (such as alerts/notifications) are also very large pieces of work. Even though we absolutely want to make them, right now we have to focus our resources on the highest business priorities.

This will ensure Railboard survives and thrives, and as it does, we will have a stronger capability to develop the very popular large features people want.
