Why does it say “TrainSplit” on the bank transaction and not “Railboard”?

Train tickets on Railboard are sold in association with TrainSplit, who are one of our ticketing partners. They run the ticketing backend and the Customer Support team.

As a result, when you look at your bank statement, the transaction will show as from “TrainSplit”, even though the tickets were purchased on Railboard and you got a confirmation email from Railboard. You can rest assured, that’s very much as expected.
